forgive, but not forget

... that's the way you should act I guess. But sometimes for me it is the opposite! I forget and think that I forgive, but then at some point I realize I am still angry or sad about whatever that had happened... it probably makes me a weak person, and I'm not sure what I can do about it!

sometimes it feels good not to forgive, until the right time comes..
but I can never forget and I don't want to ;)

I do agree with #1 and I would say the right time is SIMPLY when the target balance reaches to a stable, positive point again!
Forgetting is almost impossible. But if you mean the amount of suffering we can relieve, it is all about developing a damn necessary skill of life.

hehe, Thanks Mehdi! but I really think most of the time it's not my "enemy" that hurts me, but someone who was considered a friend! and I doubt they'll be annoyed if I forgive them!!
