Just one of those nights...
Little things can help you have a great time: a bottle of good wine (ok, maybe two!), good background music, a good movie, a well-prepared "ghelyoon", maybe a couple of cigarettes, ... but what's most important is having friends close to you, starting discussion when your head is spinning and making nonsense conclusions, taking out-of-focus pictures ... and somewhere in the middle of all that, missing all those who are not there... you were all missed!

DIANA KRALL is perfect for the very moments of late night. i love her.
btw, the new photo for your blogger profile is far more interesting than previous one ! for some reason it reminds me of "banner and amoo joghd e shaaxdaar" :D
Divooneh,
I'm a big fan of Diana krall too, and she's from BC too! :)) and I hope I look like "banner" not "amoo joghd e shakhdar"
I love these nights!!!
I love Diana Krall, I like your taste of music, as much as I like your writings. This taste is kind of rare among iranian girls. And reading your blog has become part of my daily morning tasks.
Laleh,
Everyone has a bunch of them, right?
Anonymous,
I'm flatterd :), but don't you think you'r being too hard on Iranian girls? (Not to mention that was a very sexist point of view!) I personally know a lot of girls that have great taste in music. Music frees your soul, in my opinion, and as long as you are into music, it's a good thing! Not everyone has to have the same taste. Keep on reading the blog though, I'll try to keep it interesting!
I guess you were a bit harsh on me.
I never said my taste was better. Or having this taste of music means I am more into music or have a better understanding of music. I know a lot of Iranian girls who are really into music, who know a lot about different types. But I don't know a lot of them ever heard of Diana Krall and Diane Reeves. And not knowing them doesn't mean they don't have a good taste in music.I didn't talk about better or worse. I was simply trying to say that it was hard for me to find anyone with my taste of music (not that I am superior) among my girlfriends. And I got happy to find out we shared something in common.
Anonymous,
Sorry, I didn't mean to be harsh! I guess we both were misunderstood! Cheers to good music and Iranian girls! :)
