there has been this discussion going on in Iranian blogs on women's point of view in s e x and their stories. It has become a heated debate! I personally think it's about time women write about this stuff. This post has quite a few links that you can check out and see what you think.

I think the issue is SO personal and it is difficult to give a general advice.
Howerver, I believe it is a good idea to start breaking this taboo from a sample society like Weblogestan and make the poeple believe these experiences can be shared, like any other experience in the life!
