But just a piece of advice from a wise experienced semi-stranger!: Try to like your new hairstyle as long as you can. After having my hair almost shaved for two years I desperately needed a change so I started to let my hair grow. There is no way to control your hair style in the process of the growth and especially with a curly hair, as same as yours and mine it will take for ever. So good luck and enjoy your new look
